Andy Bearden CEO & Managing Partner

As the President and CEO of United DFW Properties, my role is to ensure our leadership team and our agent partners have everything they need to thrive in any real estate market.   As a Broker Associate in the company, I will continue over 27+ years hands-on in the Texas real estate market.   That 27 years included selling new homes, managing new homes sales people as well as residential and commercial real estate.    In 2018, I started the Insight Realty Network along with Terica Brackett and Reuben Riojas.   We grew to be one the largest independent brokerages in Fort Worth before merging with United Real Estate DFW Properties. I am blessed with three grown children and am involved in our local church and many civic organizations.  

Andy Gabehart Owner/Partner

Andy Gabehart is actively involved in many different businesses, ranging from office interiors, online wine retail and real estate. Andy is an Owner partner of United Real Estate DFW Properties and will take an active role in future mergers.

 Andy is married with two children, and has recently developed a passion for the University of Alabama football. When he’s not working, you can find him hunting, fishing or on the golf course.

Brenda Cole Broker/Owner-Partner

I serve as the Broker and an owner of United DFW Properties.  I am a proud Texan born and raised in North Texas. Licensed in 1990, I have worked my entire real estate career in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  I "love" what I do! With the exception of my family, Real Estate is my passion and my why. Making a positive difference in the lives of my agents is what I strive to do every day. After 12 years of sales I moved into management for 10+ years. In 2016, I opened my own office, United Real Estate DFW Properties, with my business partner Andy Gabehart.  I am honored to serve as a Director for the National Association of REALTORS®, the Texas Association of REALTORS® and the North Texas Real Estate Information Services. In 2020 I was the recipient of the Easterwood Cup Award (Broker of the Year) from the MetroTex Association of REALTORS®.

Terica Brackney Director of Operations

I serve as our Director of Operations for United DFW Properties.   I became a Realtor in 2015 after 20 years in the banking industry.  In 2018, I helped launch the start up brokerage Insight Realty Network.  Working with a stellar backstage crew, I have a passion for setting the stage for Agents to be the star of the show.  It's a joy to witness them build a business so their families can thrive and to celebrate their successes along the way.  I am an empty nester with an amazing son in college and enjoy time with friends and family.  Especially on a patio somewhere listening to live music.

Wes Griffin Director of Growth

I serve as our Director of Growth.  My role will focus on the two things I love the most; working with Agents to grow their business and helping Agents find a brokerage that fits their needs.  Before starting a career in real estate, I was a band director for almost 20 years. I also play drums and percussion professionally around the DFW area.   My wife, Abbey and I have sold residential real estate since 2015.   My passion for real estate led me to be an office manager/team leader for a large national firm before joining United DFW Properties.
